M'kay, so this is my entry for
 's 'Of all seasons' contest  So, for those of you who know me, you know I live in a very cold climate and don't often see real summers. I mean, my idea of the hottest day in summer here is 70-75 degrees. It rarely gets that high and if it does, it's usually only for one day. Basically, what I was trying to show with this picture is the laziness of a summer evening with warm grass and sun and just the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay out and play all night until you're too tired and then you can just fall down onto the grass and gaze up at the stars. *happy sigh* And yup, new charrie too!  This is Nikolai, my gypsy vanner stallion. I've been drawing him a lot lately, just not digitally so that's why you haven't seen him before.
